Join ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group as an Engineering Site Lead. In this role, you'll also lead pre-job safety briefs, identify new business opportunities, and serve as the key liaison in weekly client interface meetings, providing on-site support to drive project success. • Prepare and/or review design change packages and other engineering deliverables
• Coordinate attendance at design review meetings
• Coordinate site deliverable reviews and approvals
• Perform/assist with walk-downs and data gathering
• Track project schedules and resource loading
• Perform pre-job safety briefs
• Develop/identify new business opportunities
• Lead weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry
• Strong communication skills
• Project Management experience beneficial
• Design Engineering or field experience beneficial
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
