Due to continued growth, ENERCON is seeking an Engineering Director. This position will be located in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. For the right candidate other EFS office locations will be considered.

• Collaborate with Division VP to develop yearly budget and long range plan (LRP) for your team
• Establish the direction and vision to support your customers and achieve your LRP
• Responsible for division revenue and gross margins per the yearly budget
• Provide oversight of projects, ensuring high quality, schedule adherence and budget compliance
• Final Arbiter for difference of professional opinion
• Provide input to proposal win strategies and final approval of proposals as appropriate
• Manage a team via your Engineering Manager and Project Management Supervisor (matrixed in EFS)
• Coordinate and work closely with your Client Services Manager for new business development opportunities and support business meetings with existing clients to increase business

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• PE license required
• 15+ years of design/analysis Engineering experience
• 5+ years' experience of supervising/managing an engineering organization
• Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more broad areas of engineering
• Knowledge of applicable governmental codes and industry standards
• Knowledge of Department of Energy projects and sites preferred
• Demonstrated strong experience in proposal development, strategic planning, presentation and negotiations
• Ability to travel overnight 25+%
• Must be a US Citizen
