Overview

Due to continued growth, our Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Procedure Writer to work remotely supporting NextEra Energy Subsequent License Renewal. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence by shaping and refining critical procedures, collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring seamless execution. This position can be Part Time or LTLB (Contract).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review procedure revisions in accordance with Client Technical Procedures and associated Writer's Guides
  • Process the procedure changes in accordance with Client procedures. This includes addressing all comments, obtaining approvals and loading into Client’s document tracking system
  • Provide close coordination with maintenance, program owners, and system engineers, and should have experience with procedure writing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of Procedure Writing experience OR appropriate industry recognized licenses or certification AND minimum 8 years of Procedure Writing experience
  • Nuclear power experience is required
  • Experience with Nextera Energy is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
