What responsibilities will I have in this role?  (including but are not limited to):

As an Electrical Analysis Engineer at ENERCON, you’ll join a world-class team dedicated to solving the complex challenges of modern power systems. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–3 years of experience) with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering focused on analysis.

You’ll support advanced projects involving real-time power system studies, smart grid simulations, distributed energy modeling, and system automation. Your work will help ensure the resilience and reliability of electrical infrastructure, often incorporating innovative technologies. 

As part of your development, you’ll be expected to actively engage in learning and applying industry codes and standards, adapting to new software tools, and collaborating with senior engineers on field data collection. You’ll connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and contribute to high-quality technical design deliverables. What qualifications/skills will help you be successful in this role?

• Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the noted engineering majors from an accredited university.
• Available to start in the next 1-2 months.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite. 
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. 
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams. 
• Ability to effectively problem solve. 
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
